  • Our classes will commence with an overview of the day ahead and some health and safety information.

    We follow Covid guidelines so please arrive with your mask on and utilise the hand sanitiser provided.

    We can accommodate up to 8 clients so, unless you specify, you may be in a group with others. So, for your safety, all clients must have either evidence of their Covid vaccination or proof of a negative lateral or PCR test in the last 48 hours. You will not be able to attend without these documents.

    We ask you to use caution when using the knives and other equipment provided to avoid injury to yourselves and others.

    The menu for the course is changeable and will always be based upon local, seasonal produce. Please advise us if you have any dietary concerns when you book.

    You are welcome to bring additional guests along to join us to eat after the class, for a fee of €40 per person, including wine.

    We will be taking some photos on the day, which we use for our Recipe Cards, social media and also to provide you with a reminder of your day with us. Please let us know if you are not happy to be photographed.

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 7 days before the class.

  • We suggest that you arrive at the school around 09:45 for refreshments and a brief outline of the day ahead. We aim to start cooking at 10:00.

    Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. You will be provided with an apron and all the equipment needed. Each client has their own workstation and will be hands-on throughout the course because we believe that you learn so much more by doing rather than watching.

    The menu will vary depending upon what is available when we shop for the class. This means that you will experience the best of our local, seasonal produce. However, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements that we need to consider when selecting our ingredients.

    We will sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labour around 14:00 , either in the private dining area indoors or outside on the terrace, weather permitting.

    We are very easy to find, on the main road into Caunes and there is a public car park close by.
